1. General Information
The information and services provided by CabMantra are offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely service, CabMantra makes no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the completeness, accuracy, or availability of services, bookings, or information provided on the platform.
2. Third-Party Services
CabMantra operates as a service platform that connects customers with third-party service providers such as drivers, vehicle owners, hotels, guides, and other travel-related partners. CabMantra does not own or directly control these third-party services, and therefore cannot guarantee their performance, availability, quality, safety, or suitability. Any service provided by third parties is their sole responsibility.
3. Limitation of Liability
CabMantra shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss, delay, injury, accident, inconvenience, or financial loss arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, delays due to traffic, weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, driver-related issues, hotel service issues, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
4. Bookings & Availability
All bookings, including cab services, hotel reservations, VIP darshan, poojan services, and tour packages, are subject to availability and third-party conditions. CabMantra does not guarantee confirmation in all cases and is not responsible for cancellations, rescheduling, or changes made by third-party providers or authorities.
5. Partner Disputes
CabMantra is not responsible for any disputes, misconduct, or service issues involving drivers, hotels, or other service partners. However, we may assist customers in resolving genuine concerns on a best-effort basis without any legal obligation.
6. Information Accuracy
Users are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking. CabMantra shall not be liable for any issues arising due to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the user.
7. Personal Belongings
CabMantra shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel, hotel stay, or while using any service arranged through the platform. Customers are advised to take care of their personal belongings at all times.
8. VIP Darshan & Poojan
In case of VIP darshan and poojan services, CabMantra acts only as a facilitator. Entry, timing, and arrangements are controlled by temple authorities and may change without prior notice. CabMantra is not responsible for any changes, delays, or restrictions imposed by such authorities.
9. Force Majeure
CabMantra shall not be held liable for any cancellations, delays, or service interruptions caused due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, roadblocks, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond control.
10. Refund & Cancellation Terms
All payments, refunds, and cancellations are subject to the terms mentioned in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. CabMantra reserves the right to make decisions in such matters based on service conditions and third-party policies.
11. Service Modifications
CabMantra reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its services, policies, or content at any time without prior notice.
